Anti-CCP Group Debuts Six-Figure TV Ad Urging MO Republicans to Support Legislation Combating China’s Threat to U.S. Agriculture

Ad Will Air During Super Bowl in Jefferson City and Urges Lawmakers to Keep the Food Supply “Made in America”

The Protecting America Initiative, a coalition of concerned Americans and public policy experts dedicated to combating the growing influence of Communist China in the United States, today launched a new TV ad calling on Republican state legislators in Missouri to support President Trump’s America First agenda by taking action against the urgent threat that the CCP poses to American agriculture and the food supply.

The 30-second spot “Made in America,” is backed by a six-figure buy and will run on broadcast and cable in Missouri beginning Monday. The ad will also air on FOX during Super Bowl LIX in the Jefferson City Market.

The ad urges Missouri Republicans to back President Trump’s agenda by supporting HB 544 and SB14, which combat Communist China’s influence over the U.S. food supply by establishing protections for U.S. agriculture manufacturers. The ad closes by saying, “Tell your legislator, keep our food supply made in America.”

TRANSCRIPT:

America’s agricultural industry is the first line of defense against Chinese aggression.

And for too long, China has taken advantage of weak leadership to threaten our food supply.

That ends now.

President Trump is cracking down on China and standing with American ag.

But he can’t do it alone.

Jefferson City needs to pass protections for US agriculture manufacturers to prevent outsourcing to China.

Because safeguarding our food supply means strengthening our national security.

Tell your legislator, keep our food supply made in America.
